Dear Carleen:

Thought I had forgot c didn’t you? Things are fast and frantic as always at Disney, especially with the opening of Euro Disney. I’ve been traveling a lot and being in and out of the office so much I have a tendency to deal with the top of the stack first. So that’s my excuse, but I did want to write you even if I am a little late.

I sincerely appreciated that "magic" you performed on my Macintosh 30 Meg hard disk. Apple made good on a new hard disk for me but wouldn’t retrieve the data that was lost on their disk that froze up. Since most of my brains are in the computer, I was somewhat frantic to get my information. And since I neglected to back up all my data on disks, I really messed myself up when the disk froze. That’s Where you came in.

Please express my appreciation to all the team at Data Retrieval Services for getting die information to me in a very prompt manner. I checked it all out and you hadn’t missed any of it or lost any of it. I’m glad you happened to be on your way in Orlando and could drop off the disks for me . That was some extra-special service I had not counted on. I hope our Accounts Payable people have paid you by now. I realize you don’t do this as a free service, but the extra service you extended to me was greatly appreciated.
