Dear Larry,

Thank you for the quick and efficient response to our recent disaster. One of our programmers had several important database files stored on his local PC hard drive. Unfortunately due to the size of the files and time it took to back up several hundred megabytes to the network he decided not to do so. A few mornings ago we had unpleasant surprise of finding his PC dead. It became quickly apparent that it had suffered a massive power surge that destroyed the power supply, motherboard, CPU and hard drive controller had been hit so hard that you could see one of the chips on it missing piece.

After trying everything we knew to retrieve the data from the hard drive we contacted Data Retrieval Services. Within several hours of receipt of the hard drive you called back with an estimate of time and cost.

Thanks to your efforts all of the critical data was recovered from what was otherwise an expensive paperweight. Obviously our programmer is now painfully aware of how important it is to back up his data. Hopefully we will not need your services again, but it is a good to know that you are there.
